Exploring Black Women Leaders’ Experiences in Higher Education: Challenges and Opportunities
This qualitative study aims to explore the lived experiences of Black women leaders
in higher education through the lens of Black feminist theory and intersectionality
and to provide implications for HRD research and practice.
To participate in this research, you must:
• African American/Black women in the United States.
• Hold leadership positions of a dean or higher in higher education institutions.
• Work for at least five years so that they can share their experience as Black
women leaders.
